全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果及安全性评估

目的研究全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果及安全性。方法选择在接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的120例患者作为研究对象，随机分为给予全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉的观察组和全身麻醉的对照组，观察生命体征、手术相关指标及应激指标。结果观察组插管后1、3、5min时SBP、DBP以及手术总时间、出血量、术后引流量、排气时间、下床活动时间、血糖水平、HAMD评分、HAMA评分、NRS评分均明显低于对照组，SpO2、，胰岛素水平高于对照组。结论全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉能够保证血流动力学稳定、促进术后恢复、缓解应激状态，具有积极的临床价值。

Effect and safety of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To study the effect and safety of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in laparo- scopic cholecystectomy. Methods Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were collected and randomly divid- ed into the observation group given general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and control group given general anesthesia. Then vital signs, operation related index and stress index were observed. Results SBP, DBP of 1,3,5 min after intubation, operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative drainage, exhaust time, ambulation time, blood glucose lev- el, HAMD score, HAMA score, NRS score of observation group were significantly lower than control group; SpO2 and in- sulin level were higher than control group. Conclusion General anesthesia with epidural anesthesia has positive clinical value for it can ensure the hemodynamic stability, promote the recovery and relieve stress.
