超声心动图在老年高血压心脏病中的诊断价值

目的研究超声心动图对于诊断老年性高血压心脏病的临床应用价值。方法将重庆医科大学附属第一医院第一分院于2011年11月至2012年10月收治的124例老年性高血压心脏病患者作为研究对象,分别使用超声心动图和心电图进行临床检查,比较两者的诊断效果。结果超声心动图共检查出心脏左室肥厚122例,占98.4%,左室肥大118例,占95.2%,左心房增大109例,占87.9%,主动脉扩张105例,占84.7%,室间隔弥漫增厚102例,占82.3%,各项数据准确率均高于心电图。结论超声心动图对于老年高血压心脏病的临床诊断效果与心电图比较效果更好。

Diagnostic value of ultrasonic heartbeat graph and electrocardiogram in elderly hypertensive heart disease

Objective To study the ultrasonic heartbeat graph for diagnostic value in elderly hypertensive heart disease.Methods Our hospital from November 2011 to October 2012 treated 124 cases of senile hypertensive heart disease as the research object,using ultrasound heartbeat graph and ECG were clinical examination,diagnosis results compare.Results Ultrasound heartbeat graph check out of the heart of left ventricular hypertrophy in 122 cases,accounting for 98.4%,left ventricular hypertrophy in 118 cases,accounting for 95.2%,left atria enlargement in 109 cases,accounting for 87.9%,aortic dilatation in 105 cases,accounting for 84.7%,ventricular sepal thickening in 102 cases,accounting for more than 82.3%,the accurate data rate.Conclusion Ultrasound heartbeat electrocardiogram,higher than the figure for the effect of the clinical diagnosis of heart disease in elderly hypertensive patients compared with ECG is better,it is worth to popularize.
