64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查在健康体检中的应用

目的评价64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查（CCTA）在健康人群体检中的应用价值。方法应用东芝公司Aquilion64排螺旋CT对252例健康体检人群的冠状动脉主干及主要分支进行重建和分析,11例CCTA检查冠状动脉管腔重度狭窄受检者行动脉插管冠状动脉造影检查（DSA）,对比评价CCTA检查的准确性。结果CCTA检查冠状动脉病变检出率32．94％,随年龄增长而增加,与DSA有很好的一致性。结论CCTA无创、快速、精确、费用比DsA相对低廉等优越性可作为高端健康体检筛选冠心病的重要手段,为健康人群体检保驾护航。

Values of 64 -slice spiral CT coronary artery in functionary physical examination

Objective To evaluate the Practical values of 64--slice spiral CT coronary artery（CCTA） in functionary physical examination in stateowned enterprise. Methods Totally 252 fanetionaries were analyzed by CCTA and 4 of them were compared with comnary angiography （ DsA ）. Results The rate of the abnormal change was 32.94% in CCTA. CCTA was identified with DAS. Conclusions CCTA has some advantages such as noninvasive, rapid, accurate and inexpensive. It is a valid way in diagnosis of coronary artery disease and can be used as a screening method in func- tionary physical examination.
