正常人右胸导联心电图U波形态及性别差异研究

目的探讨正常人右胸导联心电图男女U波形态及变化规律。方法测量900名正常人V1～V6R右胸导联心电图,男女对半,分析U波形态及变化规律。结果右胸导联心电图U波只出现低平和平坦两种形态。从V1～V6R平坦U波的发生率依次增多;低平U波的发生率依次减少至V4R时其后只出现平坦U波。V1导联男性低平U波发生率多于女性（P〈0.01）。从V1→V6R U波均平坦的居多占79.3%,由低平→平坦的占20.7%（P〈0.01）。结论正常人右胸导联心电图U波形态特征及性别差异,有重要的实用价值。

The study of U wave shape in right precordial lead electrocardiogram of normal people and its difference between genders

Objective To investigate the U wave shape and change law of right pectoral lead electrocardiogram of normal male and female.Methods Among the ECG measurement in right pectoral lead of 900 cases from V1 to V6R,equal number of each gender,to analyze the U wave shape and its pattern.Results The U wave shape shows two types：low wave amplitude and flat to equipotential.the incidence rate of the flat U wave shape from V1 to V6R increases in turn;the incidence rate of low U wave shape decreases accordingly till V4R,from which only flat U wave shape appears.The incidence rate of low U wave shape of V1 lead male is higher than that of V1 lead female;their incidence of flat U wave shape is lower than that of female.Male of U wave shape pressure are more than female（P0.01）.V1→V6R U flat is 79.3%,low flat to flat is 20.7%（P0.01）.Conclusion The characteristic of U wave shape and its gender differences in right pectoral lead electrocardiogram of normal people is of great clinical importance.
