2000年～2003年长江流域6城市抗高血压药利用分析

目的:评估长江流域6城市抗高血压药使用特点及用药趋势。方法:采用购药金额排序法,对临床常用的6大类抗高血压药在6城市的销售情况、所占百分比和重点药品等进行分析。结果:6城市抗高血压药的销售金额呈上升趋势,其中上海、南京和杭州增长较高,武汉、成都和重庆增长相对较低。钙通道阻滞药用量约占抗高血压药的50 % ,血管紧张素转换酶抑制药约占25 % ,血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药约占10%。结论:钙通道阻滞药、血管紧张素转换酶抑制药和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药为临床用量最大的3类抗高血压药,其它3类药物临床用量较少,生产企业应予关注。

Analysis of Antihypertensive Drugs Used in 6 Cities along the Yangtse River Valley in the Period of 2000～2003

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the current condition and the trend of drug use of antihypertensive in6cities along the Yangtse River valley.METHODS:The sales of the chief6kinds of antihypertensive drugs commonly used in the clinic in each city,the percentage and the important drugs etc.were analyzed by sequencing of the sum of drugs purchasing.RE-SULTS:The sales volume of antihypertensive in the6cities has been increasing with Shanghai,Nanjing and Hangzhou took the lead and Wuhan,Chengdu and Chongqing increased slower.Consumption of calcium channel blocker accounted for50%,ACEI accounted for about25%and angiotensinⅡacceptor antagonistic drug accounted for about10%of the total consump-tion.CONCLUSION:Calcium channel blocker,ACEI and angiotensinⅡacceptor antagonistic drug are the chief3antihy-pertensive in terms of drug consumption in the clinic,while the clinic consumption of the other3kinds of antihypertensive were comparatively lower,of which the manufacturers should be aware.
