| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨喙锁间固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床效果。方法:对8例新鲜的肩锁关节脱位采用钢丝固定锁骨与喙突使肩锁关节复位,同时修复喙锁韧带、肩锁韧带和关节囊。结果:本组8例中的7例患者,随访6~12个月,X线片检查未见肩锁关节脱位,优6例,良1例,优良率为100%。结论:喙锁间钢丝固定韧带修复是治疗肩锁关节脱位的一种可靠方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore treatment effect of acromioclavicular joint dislocation with wire fixation between coracoid process and clavicle.Method: The 8 cases of acute acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with wire fixation between coracoid process and clavicle plus coracoclavicular and acromioclavicular ligament repaired.Result: 7 cases were followed up from 6 months to 12 months.6 cases were superior,1 case favorable.The good and excellent rate was 100%.After surgery,redislocation wasn't occurred by X-ray.Conclusion: Wire fixation between coracoid process and clavicle plus ligament repaired is a reliable way for acromioclavicular joint dislocation. |
