肝系不同证候血浆去甲肾上腺素和肾上腺素含量分析

目的 :探讨中医肝系不同证候血浆去甲肾上腺素 (NE)和肾上腺素 (E)含量的变化规律其及辨证诊断意义。方法 :病证结合选择研究对象 ,对 5 4 0例中医肝系证候及相关证候患者进行NE、E血浆含量检测 ,并与健康人的不同年份检测值进行比较。结果 :大部分肝系实证组患者血浆NE、E含量均增高 ,大部分虚证组患者降低 ,不同年份健康人检测值无明显差别。结论 :中医肝系不同证候NE、E含量检测结果具有可重复性 ,可作为区别肝系实证与虚证的辨证辅助诊断指标

ANALYSIS OF NOREPINEPHRINE AND EPINEPHRINE CONTENTS IN PLASMA IN PATIENTS WITH TCM LIVER SYNDROMES

Objective: To probe into the altering characteristics of norepinephrine(NE) and epinephrine(E) contents in plasma in patients with TCM liver syndrome. Methods: Subjects were selected by combination of diagnosis of disease and differentiation of TCM syndrome. NE and E contents in plasma in 540 patients with TCM liver syndrome and correlative syndromes were determined, and those of healthy peoples in different years were compared as a contrast. Results: NE and E contents in plasma were elevated in patients with liver excess syndrome, on the contrary, those were lowered in patients of liver deficiency syndrome plasma. NE and E contents in healthy peoples in different years showed no different in statistics. Conclusion: NE and E contents in plasma in patients with TCM liver syndrome can be examined repeatability, which can be taken as an auxiliary laboratory diagnosis indexes for differentiation of liver excess syndrome and liver deficiency syndrome.
