| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the application of pancreatic kininogenase(PK) combined with fosinopril sodium tablets in early diabetic nephropathy in rats.Methods: 157 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients,divided into the treatment group(PK group),78 cases of the control group(group Con) in 79 cases.PK group of 3 oral PK 240 U,1 times daily oral fosinopril sodium tablets for 10;group Con 1 times daily oral fosinopril sodium tablets for 10.Before and after treatment of 6 months for detection of urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER).Results: After treatment,PK of group Con and group UAER were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with Con group,UAER decreased more obviously in PK group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Pancreatic kininogenase combined with fosinopril sodium tablets on early diabetic nephropathy have a significant effect,and the curative effect is better than the single application of fosinopril sodium tablets. |
