| 摘 要： | 做好护理质量缺陷分析 ,可加大护理质量控制力度 ,降低临床护理质量缺陷发生率。针对临床中非直接操作于病人的质量缺陷率高、护士重视完成操作程序而忽略质量、科室间协作的质量缺陷影响护理服务质量等问题 ,提出责任分工到岗、服务落实到人和护理服务公示等护理对策。

| Abstract: | Analysis on deficit in quality of nursing could strengthen nursing quality control,and reduce the rate of deficit in clinical nursing quality. This paper aimed at the facts that nursing quality deficit occurs often in indirect operations on patients,nurses attach much more importance to accomplish operation procedure than quality of nursing,deficit in cooperation between section offices result in low quality of nursing service .So the countermeasures were put forward,such as assigning responsibilities to specific sentry and person,showing the quality of nursing service in public,et al. |
