| 摘 要： | 瘦素的研究最早从减轻肥胖开始,从1994年发现的10多年来,研究不断的深入,目前已发现其与机体内多种功能相关,除糖脂代谢,还与炎性反应、肿瘤的发生、脂肪肝、一些妇科疾病等有关,其代谢的异常参与了相关疾病的发病过程。

| Abstract: | Leptin was studied as a medication for reducing weight at the beginning.Since 1994,the research area has been extended.Now we find that it is related to kinds of metabolic functions in vivo,includig,inflammatory infection,genesis of tumor,fatty liver and some diseases in gynecopathy besides of glucose and fat metabolism.Its abnormal metabolism takes part in the onset of its related diseases. |
