神经管缺陷与Dishevelled基因表达的关系

摘    要:神经管缺陷是复杂的多基因疾病,是中枢神经系统最常见的先天畸形。虽然其发病机制尚不清楚,但是研究已证实遗传因素与其发病具有相关性。本文将着重对Dishevelled基因细胞信号通路在神经管发育、神经管缺陷发病机制中的作用及有关Dishevelled基因的研究进展进行阐述。

The relationship between neural tube defects and Dishevelled genes expression

Abstract:Neural tube defects are complex multi - gene disease and the most common congenital defect of the central nervous sys-tem (CNS). Although the pathogenesis is not so clear, the association between genetic factors and the disease has already been con-firmed. This paper reviews the functions of Dishevelled genes in neural tube development and possible mechanisms of neural tube dis-ease, concluding the current progresses in Dishevelled genes.
