腹腔镜下超声刀行小儿先天性巨结肠根治术体会

目的探讨应用腹腔镜及超声刀技术行改良Soave术治疗婴幼儿先天性巨结肠的价值。方法2003年8月-2008年8月，在腹腔镜下应用超声刀对20例确诊为先天性巨结肠患儿行改良Soave术。结果均获成功，无中转开腹，手术时间143～280分，平均手术时间162分，出血5—20ml，随访3月-5年，无并发症发生，排便控制在1～4次／天。结论腹腔镜下应用超声刀行婴幼儿巨结肠根治术具有安全可靠，手术损伤小，出血少，操作简便，术后恢复快，并发症少等优点。

Laparoseopic operation using an Ultracision Harmonic Scapel for Hirschsprung's disease in infants and children

Objective To explore a new minimally invasive operation for Hirschsprung's disease(HD).Methods From Aug 2003 to Aug 2008,20 eases underwent laparoseopic operation using an Ultracision Harmonic Scalpel pull-through for Hirschsprung's disease.Results All patients were operated sucessfully.The average operating time was 162 minutes(ranging from 143 to 280 minutes),The ammount of bleeding during operation was 5～20ml.All patients were followed-up from 3months to 5 years,No postoperativelly complications occurred.The patients had 1-4 times of fecal dieharge per day during follow-up.Conclusions Laparoseopic pull-through procedure using an Ultracision Harmonic Scalpel for Hirschsprung's disease has advantages of safety,minimal invasion,little hemorrhage,simple performane ,quick recovery,and low complication rate.
