| 摘 要： | 目的建立乙酰螺旋霉素胶囊的一阶导数光谱分析法.方法在246.0 nm波长处测定乙酰螺旋霉素胶囊中乙酰螺旋霉素的含量.结果该法可消除辅料的影响,并与国家标准规定的微生物效价测定法的结果基本一致.结论方法简便、快速、准确,结果满意.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method for content determination of acetyl spiramycin in acetyl spiramycin capsules by the first order derivative spectrometry. Methods The content of acetyl spiramycin in acetyl spiramycin capsules was determined at wavelength of 246. 0 nm. Results The influence of assist materials was eliminated. The result was consistent with that of the determination method for microorganism titer stipulated by national standard. Conclusion The method is ranid, simple and accurate with satisfactory result. |
