激光微孔脱细胞真皮基质生物力学测试

摘    要:目的:研究激光微孔脱细胞基质的生物力学性质变化,制作合适规格的脱细胞基质。方法:对不同间距的脱细胞真皮基质进行应力-应变和应力-松弛实验等检测,确定最佳孔径的脱细胞真皮基质。结果:确定350μm间距的脱细胞真皮基质有良好的生物力学性能。结论:超脉冲CO2激光可以对脱细胞真皮基质进行精细的微加工,脱细胞真皮基质适用于构建组织工程支架。

Abstract:Objective To study the variations of the biomechanism of the laser microcavity of acellular dermal matrix and to fabricate a proper standard acellular dermal matrix.Methods To make an experiment on the various distance of the acellular dermal matrix with the tension-change and tension-relaxon,and to determine the best distance of the acellular dermal matrix.Results The acellular dermal matrix of distance between 350μm is of excellent biomechanical properities.Conclusions The super pulse CO2 laser can work on the acellular dermal matrix precisely,the microcavity acellular dermal matrix is applicable to the reconstruction of the tissue engineered frameworks.
