| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨小儿支气管肺炎的有效治疗途径。[方法]将66例门诊患者随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组采用麻杏石甘汤加减治疗,对照组采用西医方法治疗。[结果]治疗组33例,治愈25例,好转7例,无效1例,总有效率为96.97%;对照组33例,治愈19例,好转5例,无效9例,总有效率为72.73%。两组差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。[结论]麻杏石甘汤加减治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床效果优于西医。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the treatment of children bronchopneumonia. [Method] Total 66 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（1） and control group（2）. The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were used in group 1 while the western medicine was used in group 2. [Result] The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.97 %, while control group was 72.73%. There was significant difference between 2 groups.[Conclusion] The clinical effect of integrated TCM and WM in treatment of children bronchopneumonia was better than only WM. |
