| 摘 要： | 目的]总结经验,提高高龄及高危前列腺增生症患者的手术治疗效果。方法]回顾性分析42例高龄及高危前列腺增生症患者经尿道前列腺电气化术的临床资料。结果]42例术后痊愈,平均随访12个月,排尿通畅。结论]前列腺增生症合并心肺、肝、肾疾病或高血压、脑血管意外、糖尿病时,开放手术危险大,经尿道前列腺电气化术是理想的选择。

| Abstract: | Objectives] To summarize our clinical experience and promote the therapeutic efficacy in ageing and high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) treated by TUVP (transurethral electrovaporization of prostate). Methods The clinical data from forty-two ageing and high risk BPH patients treated by TUVP were analyzed retrospectively. Results All 42 patients recovered. They voided fluently after following up for an average of 12 months.Conclusion It will be dangerous to perform open operation on the BPH patients suffering from heart, lung, liver, kidney diseases or hypertension, stoke and diabetes. So TUVP is an ideal choice for their treatment. |
