29例慢性酒精中毒患者临床分析

目的 了解丹东地区慢性酒精中毒患者的临床特征.方法 对近1年来收治的慢性酒精中毒患者人口学资料,饮酒史,躯体状况,精神症状,实验室检查,治疗方法及疗效进行回顾性调查,运用SPSS统计软件包统计分析.结果 共收集到29例符合条件的对象,皆为男性,汉族22名,朝鲜族7名,平均年龄34岁.患者文化程度较低,受教育年限9年及以下占72.4%,酒龄3～26年,饮酒量300～1200g.79.3%患者合并有躯体痰病.精神症状分布较广,以幻觉、妄想状态,意识障碍为多见,其次为人格改变和震颤谵妄.近期疗效:痊愈72.4 %,好转27.6%,未发现患者年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况和职业对疗效的影响.结论 慢性酒精中毒对患者的心理和生理两方面确实存在损害,对精神损害以认知功能障碍为主,心身损害是相互影响的,医务工作者应了解其特征,从心身两方面着手治疗,减少其带来的危害.

Clinical Analysis of 29 Cases with Mental Disorders due to Chronic Alcoholism

Objective To study clinical symptoms of the mental disorders due to chronic alcoholism. Methods Population statistics, history of using alcohol, psychotic symptoms, laboratory checking results, therapeutic methods and efficacy of 29 alcoholisms in one year were collected. Results In the 29 cases, all the male, 22 cases are Han nationality, 7 cases are Korea nationality. The rate of Education years below 9 year was 72. 4%. Course of alcohol was 3-26 year, alcohol intake was about 300-1200g every day. 79. 3% of them with physical disease. The dominant Psychotic symptoms are hallucinosis, paranoid, conscious disturbance, personality changes and delirium tremens. The recovery rates were 72. 4% , and the getting-better rates 27. 6%. Efficacy have not related to the age, education, marriage, position. Conclusion Alcohol dependence is harmful to the patients' the mental and physical state. The mental disorder is mainly cognitive function. Doctors should know how to treat of the mental and physical disorder.
