儿童OSAHS患者血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3及甲状腺激素的检测及分析

目的检测分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）患儿血清胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3（IGFBP-3）及甲状腺激素的水平变化及与OSAHS患儿生长发育的关系。方法选择2008年4～12月期间山东大学第二医院耳鼻喉科收治的OSAHS患儿25例及在门诊查体的健康儿童15例（对照组）,测量其身高、体重;血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平的检测采用ELISA法,血清TSH、FT3及FT4水平的检测采用放射免疫法。结果OSAHS组患儿身高、体重、体质量指数（BMI）、身高标准差得分（HtSDS）及体重标准差得分（WtSDS）与对照组儿童相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但OSAHS组有2名患儿生长发育迟缓;OSAHS患儿血清IGF-1水平与对照组儿童相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,IGFBP-3水平比对照组儿童明显降低（P〈0.05）;血清TSH、FT3、FT4水平与对照组儿童相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论儿童OSAHS患者血清IGFBP-3水平降低,可能与OS-AHS患儿的生长发育迟缓有关。

Determination and analysis of serum IGF-1,IGFBP-3 and thyroid hormones in children with obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome
