| 摘 要： | 本文收集了五种不同厂家、不同批号的国产扑痫酮片,参照美国药典进行溶出度测定,并对该片的崩解度、硬度与溶出度之间的相关性进行研究,结果说明该片的崩解时限在一定程度上可以反映溶出情况,为进一步改进制剂工艺、评定制剂质量提供方法和参数。

| Abstract: | At present, there are many pharmaceutical factories producing primidone tablets. But they are greatly different in the technology, excipient and curative effect. In order to control and improve quality of the medicine, ensure the safety and effectiveness in the clinical usage, according to the USP, the solu- bilities of several kinds of home-made primidone tablets were measured, and the correlativity between the solubility, hardness and disintegration was carried out. The result showed that disintegration may mirror the solubility in a cer- tain extent. It provided a new method and parameter for improving technology of preparation and evaluating quality of preparation. |
