| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断和治疗。方法回顾分析12例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的临床资料，围手术期准备和经腹开放手术治疗要点。结果所有病例都比较顺利地度过危险期，康复出院。结论认真采集病史，选择性的定性诊断及定位诊断可提高诊断准确率。充分的术前准备和规范的手术操作，是减少心血管并发症、降低手术病死率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To identify the key of the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal pheochromocytoma. Methods We performed a retrospective case analysis of 12 patients with adrenal pheochromocytoma. Their clinical data, perioperative preparation and high-lights on open abdominal surgery were included. Results All of 12 patients successfully passed through dangerous period, recovered and were discharged.
