早期高压氧联合凯时治疗突发性耳聋的前瞻性临床研究

目的探讨早期高压氧联合凯时治疗突发性耳聋的疗效以及影响因素。方法将符合标准的182例突发性耳聋患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予高压氧,并静脉滴注凯时,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组的有效率为92.78%,显著高于对照组的66.32%(P<0.05)。病程与疗效呈反比关系,发现在发病2周内是最佳的治疗时期。年龄与疗效也呈反比关系,年龄越小,疗效越好。结论高压氧加凯时治疗突发性耳聋的总有效率明显高于常规药物,且越早高压氧治疗,效果越好。

Prospective clinical study on early hyperbaric oxygen and lipoPGE treat sudden deafness

Objective To investigate curative effect of the early hyperbaric oxygen and lipoPGE treat sudden deafness,as well as the effect of influencing factors.Methods According the standard of 182 cases of sudden deafness were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Control group was given conventional therapy,on the basis of this the treatment group added to hyperbaric oxygen and intravenous drip lipoPGE,the effects were observed.Results The efficiency of treatment group was 92.78% significantly higher than control group,which was 66.32%(P <0.05).Course of diseases and efficacy was inverse relationship,within two weeks in the incidence of treatment is the best period was found.Age and have a negative effect,the younger it is,the better the efficiency is.Conclusion The total efficiency of hyperbaric oxygen and lipoPGE trea sudden deafness was higher than the conventional drugs,and the sooner hyperbaric oxygen therapy was given,the efficiency is better.
