嘉兴市1995-2006年血吸虫病疫情监测分析

目的分析嘉兴市达到阻断血吸虫病传播标准后12年疫病情动态变化，为制订防治策略提供依据。方法采用血清学间接血凝试验（IHA）、环卵沉淀试验（COPT）、酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）等常规法对当地7岁以上人群开展新感染监测，残存传染源监测，以自然村为单位轮流整群抽查，外来传染源输入监测和各医疗单位疑似血吸虫病人检测，晚期血吸虫病人调查和动态管理。结果12年监测各类人员772389人次，血清学阳性20889人，阳性率2．7％，进一步作粪检7192人，在外来流动人员中查到3侧病人，其中急性血吸虫病1例，当地人群无粪检阳性病人；12年晚期病人新增327人，死亡756人，治愈或其它原因减少311人。结论本地区血吸虫病疫情稳定，疫情监测的重点是来自疫区的流动人员；医疗单位疑似血吸虫病人检测和报告是一种有效的监测方法。

Results of monitoring of infectious status of schistosomiasts in Jiaxing City in 1995～2006

Objective To understand and evaluate the effects of Zhejiang ＂Tuberculosis （TB） Control Project＂ in Jiaxing City. Methods With the government＇ s commitment of special funds investment, a series of measures were taken including the signing of objectives responsibility contracts by the participant institutions, referral of suspected tuberculosis cases to special tuberculosis control institutions, free medical diagnosis and treatment of cases, management of mobile populaiton from outside of the areas by means of domestic network and fuU course monitoring management of TB cases. Results The registered rate of new smear positive TB cases increased from 12.83/100 000 in 2001 to 32.41/100 000 in 2006 and the cure rate of new smear positive TB increased from 83.61 % to 88.26 %. Conclusion Conclusion Marked results have been made in the control of tuberculosis after implementation of Tuberculosis Control Projectin Jiaxing City.
