| 摘 要： | 目的：以缩短平均住院日为突破口,促进医院管理水平及综合效益的提高。方法：采用Excel对数据进行整理,以图表的形式进行描述性分析。结果：2000～2007年全院平均住院日逐年下降,从2000年的17.43天降至2007年的10.93天,下降了6.5天。周转率从22.1人次加快到33.72人次。出院人数逐年上升,从2000年收治23070人次增加到2007年的51954人次。8年间多收治病人79755人次。医院的医疗业务收入期间增长了112%,例均住院费仅增长21.7%。结论：由于平均住院日的缩短,推动了医院工作效率的全面提高,收治病人增多,有效缓解了“住院难”、“看病贵”的问题,从而达到了医院经济效益和社会效益的双丰收。

| Abstract: | Objectives: shorten average length of stay to promote hospital management and performance. Methods: The datawas from 2000 to 2007, including average hospital-day, number of inpatient, turnover rate of patients, income, average cost ofinpatients. Data input and analyzed by EXCEL.
