高血糖与缺血性脑卒中的临床和预后关系

目的探讨高血糖与缺血性脑卒中临床和预后关系。方法对154例CT证实的缺血性脑卒中患者分为3组,无糖尿病血糖正常组67例,无糖尿病血糖升高组41例,糖尿病组46例。入院后次晨取空腹静脉血测定血糖。分别对治疗后的结果进行分析。结果无糖尿病血糖升高组的病死率明显高于无糖尿病血糖正常组(P<0.01),无糖尿病血糖升高组的意识障碍和精神症状与无糖尿病血糖正常组比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论缺血性脑卒中早期血糖水平的测定可作为判定病情、估计预后及指导治疗的指标之一。

The relation between clinical aspects and prognosis of hyperglycemia and ischemic stroke

Objective To study the relation between clinical aspects and prognosis of hyperglycemia and ischemic stroke.Methods 154 patients with ischemic stroke were divided into three groups,namely,the normoglycemic group(67 patients),the stress hyperglycemic group(41 patients) and the diabetic group(46 patients).The levels of fasting blood glucose were measured in the next morning after admission.The results after treatment were analyzed.Results The fatality rate of the stress hyperglycemic group was significantly higher than that of normoglycemic group(P<0.01),and the disorder of consciousness and mental symptoms in stress hyperglycemic group were significantly different from those in normoglycemic group(P<0.01).Conclusion The early blood glucose levels after ischemic stroke might be an index for judging the patient's condition,predicting prognosis and guiding therapy.
