| 摘 要： | 分析５０例前列腺增生（ＢＰＨ）、６例前列腺癌（ＰＣＡ）和４０名对照组（Ｃ）患者血清睾丸酮（Ｔ）、雌二醇（Ｅ２）、孕酮（Ｐ）、黄体生成素（ＬＨ）、和促卵泡素（ＦＳＨ）的测定结果。发现ＢＰＨ和ＰＣＡ组血清Ｔ稍低于Ｃ组，但血清ＦＳＨ明显高于Ｃ组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ＢＰＨ组按不同年龄分成３组显示血清Ｐ随年龄增加而增加（Ｐ＜０．０５），Ｔ／Ｅ２比值随年龄增长而降低。结果提示性激素代谢的平衡紊乱与ＢＰＨ和ＰＣＡ的发生有一定关系。

| Abstract: | The serum of profile of Testosterone(T), Estradiol(E 2), Progesterone(P), Luteinizing Hormons(LH), and Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH) were measured by RIA method in 50 Benign Hypertrophies (BPH), 6 prostatic carcinomas(PCA) and 40 Contrast(C). The results showed that serum T of BPH and PCA groups was lower than that of contrast group. But patients of BPH were divided in to three groups in order to age. It showed that the serum T was decreased with the rise of the age, the serum P was increased with the age, the ratio of T/E 2 was falled with the rise of the age. The results suggested that the normal metabolic disorder in serum of profile of the patient was related to the BPH and PCA. |
