参麦注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭54例疗效观察

目的观察参麦注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的疗效。方法54例慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者随机分为两组，对照组27例给予常规治疗，治疗组27例在对照组治疗基础上静脉滴注参脉注射液，对照研究两组的疗效。结果治疗组在抗心力衰竭，促进肺部啰音吸收，改善患者临床症状等方面均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p〈0.01）。结论参麦注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭具有良好疗效，用药安全。

Observation of The Curative Effect of Shenmai Injection in Cor-pulmonale Complicated by Heart Failure

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenmai injection on eor-pulmonale complicated by heart failure. Method 54 eas es of eor-pulmonale complicated by heart failure were divided randomly into 2 groups. The control group（27 eases）was treated with bed rest,low salt, content oxygen inhaiorion, keep respiratory tract from impeding, anti-infection, ere; the treatment group（27eases） was treated with Shenmai injection for intravenous drip on the basis of control group therapy method. Results That treating group behaved better than the control group in resisting heart failure, promoted lung role absorption and improved clinical pheumonia of the patients. There is marked diferenee between the two groups（p〈0. 01）. Condusion There is better effect and salty of Shenmai injection in treatment of or-pulmonale complicated heart failure.
