| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改良背带式缝合术用于剖宫产术中大出血的效果。方法对11例剖宫产术中大出血患者应用改良背带式缝合术，并随访产后恢复情况。结果9例手术成功，保留了子宫，产后42d复查子宫复旧好，产后6～12个月无后遗症及远期并发症。结论改良背带式缝合术是处理剖宫产术中出血，特别是宫缩乏力性出血的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of modified uterine parceled suture in the massive hemorrhage patients during cesarean section. Methods The modified uterine parceled suture were performed in 11 massive hemorrhage patients during cesarean section, and the post partum recovery situation of which were followed up. Results Nine patients got successful operation and retained the uterus, the uterine involution of whose was found to be good 42 days after the cesarean section, no sequelae and long-term complications was found during 6-12 months follow up. Conelttsion The modified uterine parceled suture is an effective treatment for massive hemorrhage during cesarean section, especially for the bleeding caused by uterine atony. |
