儿童外伤性白内障摘出联合前段玻璃体切除的临床观察

目的 观察儿童外伤性白内障摘出联合前段玻璃体切除术效果。方法 ５９例行白内障囊外摘出联合前段玻璃体切除和人工晶体囊袋内植入，术后平均随访２０要脱盲率为１００％，脱残率为８８．１４％，矫正视力〉０．５者占７１．１８％。２０．３３％有一定程度人工晶状体夹持，５．０８％发生后发障。结论本术式是安全的，显著减少了术中并发症，使妇数患儿建立了良好的视功能。

Clinical observation on cataract extraction with anterior vitrectomy for traumatic cataract in children

To review the clinical results of traumatic cataract ex traction with anterior vitrectomy in children . Methods 59 cases wereperformed cataract extraction with anterior vitrectomy and IOL implantation in bag. The average followed-up peried is 20 months. Results 100% patients were relieved for blindness . 88. 14% for handicap.Best corrected visual aculty > 0. 5 in 71. 18% cases . IOL capture occurred in 20.33% cases ,secondary cataract was found in 5.08% cases .Conclusion It is a safe procedure to perform cataract extraction withanterior vitrectomy and IOL impantation for traumatic cataract in children .This kind of procedure make a significant reduction of complica tions, perfect visual function were established in most of children
