| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨挫伤性前房积血的最佳手术时机。方法 对４５例挫伤性前房积血的患者进行回顾性分析，并比较分析了早期手术（２～４天内）和较保守治疗（７～９天后手术）两组的治疗效果及并发症。结果 早期手术治疗组视力恢复较好，角膜血染等并发症较少，未发现术中再出血。结论 挫伤性前房积血的早期前房冲洗可以减少并发症，获得较好的视力。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the operation timing of hyphema. Methods 45 cases Of hyphema were analysed, the complications and prognosis com pared between early operation group and contrast group. Results In early operation group,the patients get better prognosis and less blood staining of comea, No bleeding happened during operation. Conclusion Early op eration on hyphema can get better visual acuity and less complication. |
