碱烧伤后角膜干细胞活性的实验研究

目的 了解大鼠角膜烧伤后角膜干细胞的活性。方法 对大鼠角膜中央区，上半周及全周３个不同区域分别进行碱性烧灼，于伤后２４小时取材做离体角膜＾３Ｈ－Ｔｄｒ掺５入，计算角膜基底细胞标记率。结果 中央区及上半周烧伤组角膜基底细胞标记率分别为６．７８４和６．００２，与对照组１．２９相比，Ｈ＝３０．５５，Ｐ〈０．００１，有显著性差异，而全周烧伤组未见标记细胞。

Experimental study of the activity of corneal stem cells after alkaliburn

Purpose To realize the activity of corneal stem cells after alkaliburn. Method Rat corneas were cauterized by alkali on central, upperlimbus and circumferential limbus respectively . After 24 hours, thecorneas were excised, labeled with 3H-thymidine , subjected to autoradiography and calculated the corneal basal cell labeling index(LI). Results The LI of the corneal central cauterized and the corneal limbus cauterized were 6. 784 and 6. 002 respectively, compared with the control (1 .29), H = 30.55, P <0.001. No labeled cells were observed in thegroup of cireumferential limbus burned. Conclusion This study suggested that the activity of the corneal stem cells was increased when thecorneal limbus were totally or partially preserved during the alkaliburns, which was greatly important for the prognosis of the cornea afteralkali burn with neovascularization or not.
