| 摘 要： | 目的 评价Ｂ型超声检查在眼内异物中的诊断及对手术的指导意义。方法 回顾性分析了１９９５年１月至１９９７年１２月经Ｂ超检查的眼内异物５６例，其中２１例对照手术所见及ＣＴ检查结果。结果 Ｂ超检查的诊断符合率８０．１％。结论 Ｂ超检查对近球壁异物的定位有独到之处，并对玻璃体手术有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective TO evaluate the clinical significance of B-scan ultra sonography in diagnosis and direction of operation in intracular foreign bodies.Method Retrospectively study 56 cses during Jan.1995 ~ Dec. 1997. B-scan,operation and CT were compared in 21 cases. Result The coincident rate of B-scan and clinical surgery is 80. 1%. Conclusion B- scan ultrasonagraphy is useful for localization of foreign body near ocular wall and has importan significance to direct the opetation of vitrectomy. |
