| 摘 要： | 为探讨白内障超声乳化术最佳的巩膜隧道切口。方法９７例白内障用反眉形,眉形和平行三种巩膜隧道切口进行手术,并用国的理探讨三种切口与愈合的关系。结论反眉形比眉形及平行切口愈合快,是最佳的巩膜隧道切口。

| Abstract: | Obtain experiences that might evaluate scleral tunnal incision of phacoemulisification.Methods Inversion frown,frown and parallel shaped scleral tunnal incisions were performed on 97 eyes of 97 cataract patients. Three types of incision and their healing were studied with the principle of mechanics. Results Inversion frown was compared with frown and paralled shaped scleral tunnal invisions. x2-42.29(P< 0.01) and x2=58.419(P<0.01). All these differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Inversion frown is better than frown and parallel shaped scleral tunnal incisions. It is the most effective method. |
