| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后的眼压变化以及术中应用卡米可林对术后眼压的影响。方法 于术后８，２４，４８，７２小时测量眼压，该机术中于９８眼前房内注入适量卡米可林。结果 该种术式术后眼压峰值在８小时，但最高眼压仅为３１．６１ｍｍＨｇ，〉２０ｍｍＨｇ者仅占２５．６％前房内注射卡米可林和未注射者，术后眼压无明显差别。

| Abstract: | To observe the intraocular pressure after sutureless small incision ECCE without using phacoemulsification and the effect of infracameral carbachol Method Measure the intraocular pressure 8, 24, 48,72 hour after operation 98 patients were injected carbachol into anteriorchamber Results Higher intraocular pressure was at eighth hour after operation, but the highest intraocular pressure was under 31. 61mmHg.The rate above 20mmHg was 25 .6%. There is no singnificant differencebetween two groups . Which carbachol was injected into anterior chamber or not. Conclusion This surgery provided patients with small incisionslighter reaction of anterion chamber and protected eyes from higher intraocular pressure |
