双上转肌麻痹的手术治疗

目的 讨论双上转肌麻痹的临床特点和手术效果，阐述该病的手术观点。方法 回顾总结了作者经手术治疗１３例先天性双上转肌麻痹。结果 全部病例手术治疗后，其中８例完全正位，５例改善。结论 双上转肌麻痹临床少见，通过手术可以治愈，必须根据眼球被动牵拉试验的结果制定手术方案。

Double elevator pasly

Objective To discuss the clinical findings,differential diagnosises and results of surgery with congenital unilateral double elevator palsy.Methods 13 cases were described who presented with a incomitant verti cal deviation with marked limitation of elevation of paretic eyes,a signifi cnat anomalous head posture.4 of these cases were assopiated with ex otropia. All patient were operated on paretic eyes or healthy eyes. Results Hypotropia disappeared entired in 62% patient. The supraduction of paretic eye was improved obviously. The compensatory head position e liminated.Conclusion Double elevator palsy is rare it can be cured by operation.The decision of surgical approaches must be according to the result of passive forced duction test.
