眼挫伤的血—房水屏障改变

目的 探讨外伤性葡萄膜炎与血－房水屏障破坏的关系。方法 新西兰兔１８只，以自由落体打击力制备双眼重型闭合性眼球挫伤模型；以＾１３１Ｉ为示踪剂进行房水免疫学测定。并与正常兔眼作对照。结论 兔眼钝伤后可致较严重的血－房水屏障破坏。伤后１周为快速修复期，４周时完全修复。

Changes of blood-aqueous barrier in ocular contusion

Obiective To estimate the relation between traumatic uveitis anddefective blood- aqueous barrier.Methods Eighteen New Zealand rabbits were used to establish the animal models of severe ocular contusionby free-fall energy, The content of 131I in aqueous was detected by immunological method and was compared with that of the normal. ResultsThe contents of 131I in aqueous was the maximum on the first day aftertrauma, the half on the 3rd day, 1/11 on the 7the day and 0 on the 28thdsy.All that of normal eyes were 0.Conclusion Blunt trauma can leadto severe defec of blood-aqueous barrier of the rabbit eyes. It could berepaired quickly during the 1st week after trauma and recovered on 4th week.
