开角型青光眼早期手术的指征：视觉电生理联合检查的意义

目的 探索Ｐ－ＥＲＧ、ＯＰｓ和Ｐ－ＶＥＰ联合检查对开角型青光眼早期诊断的价值,以作为早期手术指征的参考。方法 对１２例（２０眼）可疑开青、３２例（５３眼）早期开青和３０例（６０眼）正常人进行上述三项检查。结果 在可疑开青组,其阳性率依次为５０％、２０％和１５％,联合检查的阳必性率为６５％;在早期开青组阳性率依次淡６２．２６％、４５．２８％和２８．３０％,联合检查为８５％。结论 联合检查较单一检查阳

The method of diagnosis and surgery of open angle glaucoma at early stage-combined examination of P-ERG, OPs, and P-VEP

Objective To study the value of combined examination of P - ERG, OPs and P - VEP as diagnosis and surgrey indication for open angle glaucoma at eary stage. Methods 12 cases(20 eyes) of suspicious open angle glaucoma,32 cases(53 eyes)of open angle glaucoma in eary stage,and 30 cases(60 eyes)of normal were undergone P- ERG,OPs and.P - VEP examination. Results The positive rate of P - ERG,OPs,P-VEP in group of suspicious glaucoma was 50%, 20%, and 15% respectively.That of combined examination was 65%. In group of glaucoma in early stage,it was 62.26%,45.28%,and 28.30% respectively,and the rate of combined examination was 85%. Conclusion The positite rate of the combined examination of P - ERG. OPs and P - VEP was higher than those to examine expectively.Combined examination is more important in the diagnosis of open angle glaucoma in early stage and could be the in dication for surgery.
