| 摘 要： | 评价角膜上皮移植预防翼状肉切除后复发的作用。方法根据胬肉生长与角膜缘干细胞基质微循环功能障碍有关。对４０例４６眼原发性和复发性胬肉进行手术切除联合自体角膜缘上皮移植术。结果追踪观察２月至２年,仅２眼胬肉术后复发,占５％。

| Abstract: | Because the recurrence rate of pterygia after surgical removal is a major problem in the treatment of pterygium is to prevent recurrence after surgical excision. Methods As pterygium associat with dysfunction of the limbal call stromal microcnuironment, 40 cases (46 eyes) with primary and recurrent pterygium were pterygium excision and limbal autograft. Results 2 eyes recured at follow up 2 months -2 years, the recurrence rate 5% . Conclusions This procedure for pterygium is one of most effective convenient safestmonths. |
