脑震荡患者视路损害的视诱发电位检查

摘    要:目的 寻找脑震荡后评价视路损害的客观指标。方法 对68例视诱发电位检查结果进行分析,并与20例正常人对照。结果 68例中P-VEP异常率28%,F-VFP异常率58%;N1,P1,N2波峰潜时均延迟,P1波振幅明显降低。结论部分脑震荡患者视路传输速度和反应强度均明显下降。视诱发电位可作为评价脑震荡患者视路损害的客观指标。

Abstract:Purpose To find an objective method to estimate visual pathwaydamage in brain concussion cases Methods 68 cases of visual pathwaydamage after brain concussion were studied The visual evoked potential(VEP) was compared with 20 normal ones Results The abnormal rate of P- VEP was 28% in observing group That of F- VEP was 58%;N1,P1, N2 delayed in all cases (P < 0.01). The ampilitude of P1 wassignificantly decreased Conclusion The speed of transduction and reac tion of visual pathway was significantly decreased in a considerable number of brain concussion ones . The VEP could be regarded as an objective method to assess the visual pathway damage after brain concussion .
