| 摘 要： | 评估玻璃体切除术在眼内异物摘出中的价值。方法回顾分析１９９５年４月－１９９８年１２月间经玻璃体手术摘出的眼后段复杂性眼内异物的病例资料。结果本组２９例，均一次摘出异物，异物摘出率１００％。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the efficacy of vitreous surgery for the complicated intraocular foreign bodies. Methods Clinical records were reviewed on the all cases who underwent vitreous surgery for the complicated intraocular foreign bodies in 1995 to 1998. Results The all foreign bodies were extracted in 29 cases (31 eyes )(100%).The postoperative follow-up ranged from 1.5 months to 28 months (average 2.8 months). The visual acuities were improved or steady in 29 eyes (93.5%). Couclusions Vitrectomy and extraction of intraocular foreign body are safe, accurate, high rate of success, less destruction and complications. Vitreous surgery plays an important role in treatment of complicated intraocular foreign bodies. |
