| 摘 要： | 目的 评价超声乳化术治疗糖尿病者白内障的疗效，方法 用超声乳化和后房型人工晶状体植入治疗非增殖性糖尿病白内障６０例（６４眼）与对照组５２例（６０眼）作比较，随访３月。结果 除术后１天视力和角膜浑浊，前房细胞两组有显著性差异外，其余并发症和１月后视力等都无明显性差异。结论 非增殖性糖尿病白内障用超声乳化和后房型人工晶状体植入的效果与非糖尿病人白内障基本相同。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of phacoemusification in diabetics.Method 60 nonproliferative diabetic cases(64 eyes)having undergone phacoemulcifications and posterior chamble intraocularlens implantation compared with nondiabetics, and followed up for threemonths.Results There are no significant difference between diabetic andnondiabetic groups apart from the visual acuity, cornea edema and aqueous cells ont day post operatively.Conclusions Phacoemulcification andposterior chamble intraocular lens implantation in nonproliferative diabetics can obtain almost the same therapeutic effects with nondiabetics. |
