| 摘 要： | 评价眼球按摩法在小梁切除术治疗难治性青光眼的近期和中期的作用。方法对１０例新生儿血管性青光眼及小梁切除术失败的难治性青光眼，施行小梁切除术，术中水下电凝巩膜及虹膜新生儿血管，防止血出，术后早期眼球按摩，以保持滤过道的通畅。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the short-term and long-term efficacy of trabeculectomy combined with neovascular electrocoagulation and early eyeball massage for refrectory glaucoma. Methods 10 cases of refractory glaucoma underwent treatment,including neovascular glaucoma, failed trabeculectomy cases. Results The intraocular pressure was controlled in 14/ 14 of the treated eyes with a mean of 18 months of follow - up.There were no significant complications. Conclusion Trabeculectomy combined with eyeball massage is a simple safe and effective method in the management of refractory glaucoma. |
