| 摘 要： | 目的：观察参芪冠心片治疗冠心病、心绞痛疗效。方法：冠心病、心绞痛60例，分为观察组40例，对照组20例，疗程6周。结果：参芪冠心片治疗心绞痛发作频率和程度及硝酸甘油用量，中医证候、心电图改善均优于通心络对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：参芪冠心片治疗心（阳）气虚血瘀型胸痹有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:Obeserve therapeutic effect of treating coronary artery disease and angina cordis by taking Shenqi Guanxin Pill.Methods:The patients that worry about coronary artery disease and angina cordis divide into 40 example as observation group and 20 example as control group,there are 6 weeks for course of treatment.Results:Curative effect of observation group taking Shenqi Guanxin Pill are more effective than control group in aspect of seizure frequency and degree of seizure frequency,dosage of angised cordis,syndrome and sign of traditional Chinese medicine,improving of electrocardiogram.Conclusion:Curative effect that patients take Shenqi Guanxin Pill to treat thoracic obstruction of the type of blood stasis and deficiency of heart-QI and heart-YANG is significant. |
