卵巢巧克力囊肿的CT诊断

目的分析卵巢巧克力囊肿的CT征象。方法收集经手术病理证实的卵巢巧克力囊肿14例。全部患者均做了CT检查。结果14例中共18个病灶，其中囊性征象14个，囊实性征象4个。14个囊性影中，单房13个，多房1个；4个囊实性影中以囊性为主要表现。单侧病变10例，双侧病变4例。病灶长径平均6cm。囊腔内CT值在14-45HU之间。所有病灶均与周边组织分界不清。结论CT能清晰显示卵巢巧克力囊肿的大小、形态、密度及周围组织情况，且CT表现有一定的特点，可为盆腔肿块的诊断与鉴别诊断，以及术前病变评估提供有力帮助。

CT diagnosis of ovarian chocolate cyst

Objective To analyze CT findings of ovarian chocolate cyst. Methods Fourteen cases of chocolate cyst of ovary were proved by operation and pathology. All cases were examined by CT. Results Totally 18 lesions were found in 14 cases, in which there were simple cystic lesions （n=14,78%） and cystic-solid lesions （n=4 22%）. In 14 simple-cystic lesions, 13 were muhilocular lesions, 1 was u-nilocular lesions; 4 cystic-solid cases mainly showed cystic appearance. 10 cases were unilateral and 4 cases were bilateral. The mean diameter of the cysts was 6.0cm. In plain scan, the CT value were about 14-45HU. All the lesions were indistinct margins on CT imaging. Conclusion The size, shape, density and the surrounding structures of the lesions of ovarian chocolate cyst were well demonstrated on CT scans. The CT imaging appearance of ovarian chocolate cyst has some features, which can help in the diagnosis or differential diagnosis of the pelvis masses or the preoperative assessment of disease.
