肿瘤标志物12项在肺癌患者外周血的表达

目的探讨肿瘤标志物12项在肺癌患者外周血的表达及临床意义。方法采用化学发光酶联免疫法检测124例肺癌患者、60例肺部良性病变者、印例健康体检者血清中12项肿瘤标志物的水平。结果肺癌组CA一199、NSE、CEA、CA242、Ferritin、Beta—HCG、AFP、PSA、free—PsA、CA125、HGH、CA15-3的阳性率分别是25．81％、4．84％、50．81％、15．32％、79．84％、6．45％、11．29％、4．84％、3．23％、47．58％、4．03％、12．10％，以CEA、Ferritin、CA125为主；肺癌组CEA＋CA125、CEA＋Ferritin、CEA＋CA125＋CA19—9、CEA＋CA125＋Ferritin、CEA＋CA125＋CA19—9＋Ferritin、CEA＋CA125＋CA19—9＋Ferritin＋CA242的阳性率分别是67．74％、90．32％、68．55％、92．74％、92．74％、92．74％。结论CEA、CA125、CA19—9的联合检测可以为肺癌的诊断提供有价值的实验室依据。

Detection of 12 tumor markers in peripheral blood of tumor patients

Objective To observed the expression and clinlca significance of tumor makers in peripheral blood of lung cancer patients. Methods The level of twelve tumor markers in periphery blood of 124 lung cancer patients,60 lung benign lesions and 60 healthy volunteers were determined with chemiluminescence euzymelinked immunosorbent assay . Results The level of tumor markers in patients with lung cancer was higher than that of lung benign lesions and healthy persons. The positive rate of CA 19 -9, NSE, CEA, CA242, Ferritin, Beta-HCG, AFP, PSA, free -PSA, CA 125, HGH, CA 15 -3 was 25.81% ,4.84% ,50.81%, 15.32% ,79.84% ,6.45%, 11.29% ,4.84% ,3.23% ,47.58% ,4.03%, 12.10% ,respectively. The positive rate of CEA＋CA125,CEA＋Ferritin,CEA＋CA125＋CA19-9,CEA＋CA125＋Ferritin,CEA＋CA＋125＋CA19-9＋Ferritin, CEA＋CA 125＋CA 19-9＋Ferritin＋CA242 was 67.74%, 90.32%, 68.55%, 92.74%, 92.74%, 92.74%, respectively. Conclusions Determination of three tumor markers （CEA,CA125、CA19-9）may provide valuable laboratory evidence for diagnosis of lung cancer.
