摘    要:目的考察影响丹皮酚滴丸制备的因素。方法以药液温度、冷却剂温度、滴距为主要因素,设计正交试验L9(3^4),制备丹皮酚滴丸.测定溶散时限等各项指标。结果最佳工艺条件为药液温度95℃,冷却剂温度6℃,滴距10cm。结论工艺简便可行,评分指标可靠。

Abstract:Objective To study the factors influencing the preparation of paeonol dropping pill. Methods According to the evaluation indexes such as the time- limit of dissolve, the orthogonal design L9(3^4) was applied to study the preparation technology of paeonol dropping pill with the temperature of the drug liquid, the temperature of the refrigerant, the dropping distance as factors. Results The optimum preparation conditions could be seen as the temperature of drug liquid 95℃, the temperature of 6℃, and the dropping distance 10 cm. Conclusion The optimum preparation technology is simple and feasible. The evaluation indexes are reliable.
