血清促红细胞生成素在噬血细胞综合征患者中的表达水平及临床意义

目的 研究血清促红细胞生成素(EPO)在噬血细胞综合征(HPS)患者中的表达水平,并观察其临床意义,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法 选取HPS患者60例为观察组,另选取健康体检者60例为对照组,应用酶联免疫吸附法检测入选者血清EPO水平,并观察其与实验室指标的关系。结果 观察组EPO水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),感染相关性HPS与肿瘤相关性HPS性血清中EPO比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；相关性分析显示:EPO与铁蛋白水平呈正相关(P＜0.05),与其他指标(红细胞、血红蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮、甘油三酯、纤维蛋白原)无相关关系(P＞0.05)。结论 HPS患者会出现EPO升高,EPO升高与铁蛋白水平有关。

Expression and clinical significance of serum erythropoietin in patients with hemophagocytic syndrome

Objective To study the expression level of serum erythropoietin(EPO)in patients with HPS,to observe its clinical significance,and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Sixty cases of HPS patients were chosen as the study group,while another 60 healthy people selected as the control group.Serum EPO levels were measured by ELISA,and its relation with laboratory parameters was observed.Results The level of EPO in study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relationship between HPS and EPO in serum was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Correlation analysis showed that EPO was positively correlated with ferritin levels(P<0.05),and was not correlated with other indicators(red blood cell,hemoglobin,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,triglyceride,and fibrinogen,P>0.05).Conclusions HPS patients have elevated EPO,which is correlated with ferritin level.
