摘    要:目的 探讨情景教学法在降低ICU轮转护士护理风险事件发生中的作用。方法 将2015年1月至2016年1月在安徽省立医院ICU轮转的65名护士采取随机数字表法随机分为观察组31名(采用情景教学法教学),对照组34名(采用传统教学法教学),比较两组对象在发生ICU护理风险事件概率上有无差异以及本科室人员对轮转护士满意度情况。结果 观察组护士的护理风险事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),且医护人员对观察组护士满意度得分(92.7±82.53)分高于对照组(87.2±42.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 情景教学法培训ICU轮转护士,可降低ICU护理风险事件发生率,提高轮转护士综合能力,提高医护团队协作能力。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of situational teaching method in reducing the incidence of nursing risk events in the ICU rotating nurses.Methods Sixty-five rotating nurses ever studied in the ICU department from Jan 2015 to Jan 2016 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method.Thirty-one nurses in the study group were taught by situational teaching method, and other thirty-four nurses in the control group were taught by traditional teaching method.Their incidences of nursing risk events and the satisfaction scores of ICU department staff to them between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the satisfaction score of ICU department staff to these rotating nurses in the study group (92.78±2.53) was also significantly higher than that in the control group (87.24±2.44, P<0.05).Conclusion Application of situational teaching method in the teaching of ICU rotating nurses could reduce their incidences of nursing risk events, improve their comprehensive abilities, and would be helpful to strengthen the teamwork ability of ICU department staff.
