| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床上Rh血型不合导致交叉配血困难时的方法。方法在交叉配血出现不配合的情况下，通过吸收放散试验、血清抗体筛查及鉴定等血型血清学检测技术来寻找配血不合的原因。结果在2例交叉配血中，均由于受血者的血液中存在抗-E不规则抗体，导致盐水相配血法与非盐水相配血法的结果不一致。结论交叉配血困难时要选择有价值的鉴别试验和确证试验，筛选出不规则抗体，确保临床输血安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore solutions to cross matching difficulties because of Rh blood group type incompatibility. Methods Serological tests such as absorption - elution test, serum antibody screening and identification were performed to find the causes when incompatibility appeared during cross matching. Results Of two cases, anti - E irregular antibodies were found, so results of cross matching in saline phase didn＇ t confirm to that of in non - saline phase. Conclusions In order to guarantee safe clinical transfusion, we should choose more valuable screening and determination tests to detect irregular antibodies when cross matching difficulties happen. |
