摘    要:应用1%NP-40处理骨髓涂片,套式PCR扩增技术对28例儿童急性白血病者进行微小病毒B19DNA检测,其中ALL15例,AML13例。并对阳性者同时采用免疫表型检测,结果显示5例阳性,且均为ALL患者。

Abstract:Using 1% NP-40 treated bone marrow smear and nested PCR skills, parvovirus B19-DNA were detected in 28 children with acute leukemia(15 cases with ALL and 13 cases with AMD. Immuno-phenotyping assay would be un- dertaken if there was a positive B19-DNA. Showing that five positive B 19 DNA cases all were ALL. Three cases were B-ALL and two cases T-ALL by immuno-phenotyping analysis. Also these five cases belonged to L2 type by FAB classification. Indicating that parvovirus B19 may exert influence on the pathogenesis of childhood acute lymphocytic leukemia. The nested PCR on bone marrow smear is a simple, specific and sensitive method in detecting parvovirus Bl 9-DNA directly for clinical diagnosis of B19 infection.
