| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨头皮静脉穿刺固定方法,降低小儿静脉复穿率.方法]将在我院门诊进行头皮静脉穿刺输液的1 000例患儿随机分成实验组和对照组.实验组采用新法固定,对照组采用传统方法固定,观察两组患儿胶布脱离皮肤及针头脱出血管外情况.结果]两组患儿胶布脱离皮肤、针头脱出血管发生率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论]新固定方法能减少胶布脱落,减少针头脱出及漏液,减少复穿率,有效提高静脉输液成功率.
